Eric C. Crumbley Sr., President and CEO
As President and CEO, Mr. Crumbley sets the strategic direction and oversees the development of the HOBS training curriculum for police officers. Prior to joining HOBS, Mr. Crumbley spent 15 years as a Police Officer with the New York City Police Department (NYPD). While at the NYPD, he was also a Certified Police Trainer, teaching Police Science and Justification Law at the New York City Police Academy. Mr. Crumbley attended Cathedral College and is the recipient numerous special achievements while serving as one of New York's Finest.
